Chef Phillip Walters joins the line-up of celebrated chefs this year. He is the founder and executive chef at Walt Hospitality Group, a bespoke catering company and private chef recruitment service based in Toronto. Chef Phillip comes from a long line of entrepreneurs who instilled in him the importance of quality craftsmanship and exceptional service as he followed his passion for food. He trained at Canada’s finest restaurants, including Scaramouche, The Harbord Room, Momofuku, Buca, The Food Dudes and Joey.
Specializing in both traditional and progressive cooking techniques, Phillip brings over 15 years of culinary expertise to the table. From intimate dinners to large parties and one-off events, his chefs and event planners work closely with their clients to provide exceptional dining experiences.
